Wade will hold their whole school Athletics Carnival on Friday 12 April. All students are required to attend. Students will be required to make their own way to the carnival. Students who require transport can sign up for a FREE BUS between Wade and the carnival. The bus will leave Wade at 9am and return at 3pm. Students are required to wear sports uniform or house colours. Students must wear enclosed footwear. Students are also encouraged to wear a hat and sunsecreen and bring a mat or towel to sit on. There will be a canteen and coffee van available on the day. In the event of wet weather, parents are advised to check the school Facebook, emails or SMS for details of postponement.

Community members are invited to assist with the recognition of our ex-servicemen by the laying of crosses on the grave of ANZACs buried in Griffith cemetery in preparation for Anzac Day. Schools are invited to lay a flower on these graves on Friday 3rd May, 10am - Donations of flowers would be greatly appreciated. Please contact Marg Tucker 0402 610603 if you have any questions.
