Year 12 Hospo Set The Mood with Valentines Day Prac

Year 12 Hospitality had a Valentine’s Day themed prac yesterday. The meal was a trial run for the big day today where they will no doubt cook something special for someone special.

On the menu was a Love Potion mocktail consisting of lychees, raspberry cordial and lemonade and some heart shaped pink lemonade scones with cream and jam. The students enjoyed their treats out in the open air of the front lawn.

The activity is a warm up for what will almost certainly be an action packed year for the seniors. Each one of them will have to complete industry experience while perfecting both their practical and theoretical understanding of food preparation.
